The Otter House Cabin is a dream come true for a romantic getaway. Enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace and your loved one by your side as you listen to the river just outside your window flowing by.
The Otter House is a one room log cabin on the bank of the Little River that is fully equipped including wood burning fireplace, kitchen, microwave oven, DVD, TV, indoor jacuzzi tub & outside hot tub. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, a queen sized pullout and a full bathroom. Perfect for parties of four.
$750.00 per week or $135.00 per night with a 2 day minimum for up to 4 persons.
Sales tax is not include. Pets are NOT allowed in this cabin.

The Otter House Cabin is close to the Foot Hills Parkway and the Tail of the Dragon on Hwy US 129.
The river next to the cabin is the Little River that flows from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Cades Cove. It is the same river you tube in when you in the Mountains National Park just past Townsend. You can fly fish or just use a cane pole. The state stocks Trout in the Little River, so the fishing is Great!
It is just a short drive thru Wears Valley to get to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg on Hwy 321 or you can go thru the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Hwy 73.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on Cancellations Within 21 Days of Arrival: If you purchased trip insurance and cancel or reschedule within 21 days of your arrival date for a covered reason, we will email you a statement of account to assist you in filing a claim with Travel Guard. Claims may be filed by calling 1-888-409-7749 at which time they will let you know what additional documentation (like a doctor's note) is required for processing. If you did not purchase trip insurance or your reason for cancellation is not covered by the policy, then your deposit will be charged for any dates of your original reservation that we are unable to resell. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you by check less a $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds on Cancellations More Than 21 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel or reschedule more than 21 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded by check less a $50.00 cancellation fee. You may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation once without incurring the fee within the same calendar year. If you purchased trip insurance and cancel between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival for a covered reason, the trip insurance can by used to recover the cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us by phone during normal business hours and receive a cancellation number. If you attempt to cancel by email, do not assume your reservation has been cancelled unless we return your email with a cancellation number because your email may not have been received. We are not responsible for delays in cancellations caused by email problems and cancellations received after hours will be counted as received on the next business day.
All rescheduling is subject to availability and pricing adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates and special events. All refunds will be made by check payable to name on the credit card or checking account. There are no refunds for early departure, and all deposits placed on file will be forfeited if not used within one year.

The Otter House Cabin has Central AC/Heat, Wood burning fireplace, Jacuzzi, Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, TV, Grill and is on the bank of the Little River.
All linens are provided including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. The cabin has been stocked with a starter supply of soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue and paper towels.
Any other supplies are the responsibility of the guests.
